• Draftsman (5-day work)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To handle the work of scale, design and project planning on restaurant and bars renovation
• Cost tendering and design proposal
• Liaise with factory and vendors for products solutions
• Project execution from design implementation, site supervision to job completion

REQUIREMENTS

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years working experience, construction project experience is essential
• Experience in design and full set construction drawings is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and AutoCAD
• Knowledge in 3D Max and Photoshop is an advantageIndependent, well organised, self-initiative and strong problem solving abilities
• Immediate available is preferable
