• Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management and design development from feasibility studies to completion of fitting out works
• Prepare overall project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting & co-ordination for smooth implementation
• Responsible for documentation, quotation, proposal, tendering and site-reports
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works in accordance with prescribed engineering specifications and in a timely manner
• Handle other job related duties & ad-hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in interior fitting out works, preferably in F&B industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge in 3D Max and Photoshop is a plus
• Outgoing personality, detail oriented with good time management and problem solving skills
• Fluent Cantonese is a must
• Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin is an advantage
• Working days: Monday to Saturday (6-day work)
• Immediate available is preferable
