- Accounting Clerk (5-day work)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory control
- Prepare reports for management
- Prepare monthly accounting schedules
- Prepare quotation and invoice to clients
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as assigned
- Outdoor work required
REQUIREMENTS
- Form 5 or above with LCC Intermediate Certificate
- 3 years accounting experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Accuracy of works, Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently, able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Hands-on experience in computerized accounting system, experience in MYOB is preferable
- Immediate available is preferable
